Faith. Excellence. Community. Tradition Renewed.
Mater Dei Catholic School is a new Diocese of Sacramento Catholic school formed through the realignment of St. Patrick Academy, St. Charles Borromeo School, and St. Robert School. Located on the St. Robert Parish campus, Mater Dei Catholic School will serve students and families from across the region while honoring the rich traditions and legacies of all three school communities.
The name Mater Dei, meaning "Mother of God," reflects our Marian foundation and our commitment to forming students in faith, academic excellence, leadership, and service. Guided by the example of Mary, we seek to nurture the hearts, minds, and spirits of every child entrusted to our care.
As a community of Lions, we are building a school where students are encouraged to lead with courage, grow in wisdom, and live their faith with confidence and compassion.
Supported by the Diocese of Sacramento, Mater Dei Catholic School brings together the strength of parish communities, dedicated educators, and faith-filled leadership to provide an exceptional Catholic education rooted in Gospel values and academic excellence.
We are excited to welcome students and families as we begin this new chapter together.
We are currently accepting inquiries for the 2026–2027 school year. Families interested in Mater Dei Catholic School are encouraged to submit an inquiry through our enrollment system.
